Been trying to find anything on these guys, so sorry that they went under. sadly the singles are all gone, no digital copies and nowhere to be found.

is there any way you can you use the pads as “channel select” (like the apc40) and use the 8 knobs as the effect rack control for each channel ???

i like the kik sound a lot in take 1. i assume it’s the same in the rest but it gets kinda buried in the compression.

i think your compression is a little too severe

sounds to me like the release was way to long and the threshold to high. i’m picturing something like 18db gain reduction when listening to it.

if you’re gonna go crazy with compression go crazy.

take 3 is the closest to going for a compression “sound”

i suggest if you’re going to compress the full mix go with adding the compressor on your master whilst you’re mixing. using something with an auto gain to 0db like the L1/L2/L3 will get rid of the normalizing step in audacity too
